Dear Cousin, almost sister at times, and friend; you were so very brave, strong, and managed to hide your pain with dignity. The promise I made you I shall honor respectfully. I thank you for the recipes that we have shared through the years, most recently adding green pepper to my stuffing. I am so glad that you enjoyed the turkey dinner I made you and that you couldn't stop eating it until it was gone! The star in the sky with a purple cast shall be you. Shine bright so we see you! Hugs & love as you find peace and meet your loved ones!
