THOMAS R. SIWIK

Of Baldwin Township, formerly of Southside, on Monday, March 27, 2023.  Beloved husband of Denise (Slater); was preceded in death by his first wife, Nancy.  Dedicated single father to David T. Siwik, Dana (Scott) DelFrate; stepfather of Melody (Ken) Nelson, Matthew (Kimberly) Crow and the late Marcus Crow; brother of Judy (Duke) Winkowski and the late Roberta Young; grandfather of Sarah, Jack and Joseph DelFrate, Alex and Aiden Siwik, Joel (Jora) Nelson, Calvin (Kim Ranae), Caden and Sydney Crow; great-grandfather of Layla Crow; also loved by many other family members and friends.

Tom was a retired supervisor for Duquesne Light Company, with 35 years of service.

Family and friends will be received at Frank F. DeBor Funeral Home on Friday, 4 to 8 p.m., where a service will be held on Saturday, at 12 Noon.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Free Care Fund at Children's Hospital.
