Robert E. “Bob” Pulawski
Age 70, of Brookline (formerly of Mission St. on the South Side), passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 9, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Donna (DeMartino) Pulawski; son of the late Isabelle (Pasniewski) Pulawski and Casimir Pulawski; brother of the late Donald Pulawski. Bob served honorably for 4 years in the United States Air Force, both domestically and abroad. He retired after working more than 30 years for the Pittsburgh Press/ Post- Gazette. Bob is survived by many cousins, including second and third cousins. His passion for gardening and woodworking kept family and friends well supplied with fruits and vegetables and very nice wood carvings. Bob will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Family and friends will be received at Frank F. DeBor Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 1065 Brookline Blvd., 412-561-0380, on Saturday and Sunday, 2-4 p.m. only. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, at 11:30 a.m., in the Church of the Resurrection (St. Teresa of Kolkata Parish).
A special thank you to Susan (Levenson) Harris, Barbara (Mader) Levenson and Chris Lakomy who made his last hours pass in peace. May God have mercy on his soul.
