JULIA M. EPPOLITO
Of Brookline, on Friday, June 19, 2020, age 97. She was an elegant, beloved and respected lady of service. Wife of the late James F. Eppolito; mother of Judith M. Weigle, Jeri-Ann McFadden and James F. Eppolito, Jr.; mother-in-law of Cynthia Eppolito; grandmother of Mia Kovacs, John McFadden, Jr., James McFadden, Sophia and Nicholas Eppolito; grandmother-in-law of Alicia McFadden and Brian Kovacs; great-grandmother of Rooney Elizabeth McFadden, Rebecca and Katie Kovacs.
Julia was a longtime member of the Italian Sons and Daughters of America, the Mt. Lebanon Keynotes and the Church of the Reconstruction. She was known for her delicious food, thoughtful and gentle nature, her devotion to family and friends, her warm and inviting personality and her love of God, music, Pittsburgh and life. Julia will be deeply missed.
Family and friends will be received at Frank F. DeBor Funeral Home on Tuesday only, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, at 10 a.m., in the Church of the Resurrection (St. Teresa of Kolkata Parish).
