JOHN C. SCHAEFER

Of Brookline, on Friday, May 5, 2023.  Beloved husband of Susan K.; father of Carl (Vickie) Schaefer, John M. (Amy) Schaefer, Jane (Greg) Motz, and Paula (the late Jeff) Roth.  Also survived by six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one four-legged grand-pup "Copper."

Family and friends will be received at the Frank F. DeBor Funeral Home on Wednesday only, 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m., where a service will be held on Thursday, at 11 a.m.

John was retired from the Parks Department for the City of Pittsburgh, and was an active participant in Blind Bowling.
