Of Dormont, on Monday, April 20, 2020. Beloved husband of Teresa "Terry" (McNeill); loving father of Justin P. (Leanne), Erin O. (James) Porco and Katie M. O'Toole; dear "Pa Pa" of Molly Kate, Rory and Riley. Son of the late John F. and Catherine O'Toole.

Due to the restrictions in place with the Coronavirus, visitation and services are private. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at a later date.
