Of Brookline, formerly of Mt. Washington, on Tuesday, August 31, 2021.  Beloved husband of Marcia (Crowley).  Father of Christopher B.; brother of George Carter, Charles Carter, Jean Enscoe, James Carter and the late Dorothy Turick; brother-in-law of Sandra Crowley.

Family and friends will be received at Frank F. DeBor Funeral Home on Thursday only, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, at 10 a.m., in St. Catherine of Siena Church (St. Teresa of Kolkata Parish).
