JANE E. McMULLEN

Of Baldwin Township, on Tuesday, June 20, 2023.  Wife of the late Norman E.; beloved mother of Tim (Teri) and Terry (Deborah) McMullen.  Grandmother of Patrick (Amanda), Thomas “Zeke” (Michelle) McMullen, Kathleen (David) Ross and Ian (Ashley) McMullen.  Great-grandmother of Kaiden, Arlo, Vincenza, Ezra, Bexley, Everett and Maelynn Jane.  Sister of Phyllis Kimmel and Robert Evans.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews. 

Jane retired from Allegheny County as a Jury Commissioner from 1986 to 1993.  She served in Baldwin Township as a Tax Collector from 1966 to 1985.  She was a former Baldwin Township Commissioner, and from 1995 to 1996 was the Acting Chair of the Allegheny County GOP.  Jane was the consummate member of the Baldwin Township community, active in almost every organization and event available.  Unofficially, she was known as the "Mayor of Baldwin Township" or "Mrs. God."
