JAMES PHILLIPS

Age 99, of Sarasota, Florida, on Thursday, February 20, 2020.

Husband of Norma T. Phillips and the late Hettie C. Phillips; Loving father of James W. (Joanne), David J., Walter A. (Angela), and R. Scott (Linda) Phillips; Stepfather of Diane Guyder; Proud grandfather of ten; Treasured great-grandfather of six.

Mr. Phillips was a veteran of World War II, who served in the U. S. Army Air Corps.

Friends and family will be received at Frank F. DeBor Funeral Home on Thursday, February 27, from 9 to 10:30 a.m., where a Memorial Service will begin at 10:30 a.m.  Interment will follow in Mount Lebanon Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
