Of Baldwin Borough, on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of 43 years to Cheryl A., who he met in Hawaii in 1978 when both were there on vacation. Son of the late Jack and Rita. Brother of Judy Tichon (the late Andrew), Janice Donalies (Brian) and Jeffrey Cordeschi. Uncle of Justine Manning (Alan) and Nicholas Donalies (Brittany). Also survived by four great-nephews and 1 great-niece.
Jack loved his family, the Catholic Church, history and genealogy, and model trains - especially the train his family had since he was a boy. Jack also loved to travel. He took beautiful photos and videos wherever he went, and was always ready to venture someplace new. He was proud to say he had visited all 50 states, the District of Columbia, 3 U.S. territories, much of Canada, along with many European countries, Australia and New Zealand.
Family and friends will be received at Frank F. DeBor Funeral Home, 1065 Brookline Blvd., 412-561-0380, on Tuesday only, 2-8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, at 10:30 a.m., in the Church of the Resurrection (St. Teresa of Kolkata Parish).
