ANTHONY R. DIMARTINI
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Anthony DiMartini who departed peacefully with his family by his side on May 4, 2023 at the age of 93 years old. A devoted husband to his wife Andrea of 59 years. Loving father of Lisa (Marty) Schindehette, Laurie and Christopher. A proud grandfather to Zack, Nick and Paige.
Anthony proudly served in the United States Army and was a veteran of the Korean War. He also spent 31 years with the City of Pittsburgh Fire Department, retiring in 1994 as a captain from his station house #23. Anthony was deeply loved and will be sorely missed by his family. His passing is a great loss to everyone who knew him.
Family and friends will be received at Frank F. Debor Funeral Home, 1065 Brookline Blvd., on Tuesday, 1–3 and 6-8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, at 11:30 a.m., in the Church of the Resurrection, (Saint Teresa of Kolkata Parish) Brookline. Burial at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies at 1:30 p.m., in Bridgeville.
