AARON M. HOOVER

Age 44, of Whitehall, suddenly, on Saturday, February 25, 2023.  Beloved husband of Melanie (Sanfilippo); father of Grayson and Ainsley; son of Charles Hoover (Esta) and Deborah Ethridge; brother of Luke Hoover; dear grandson of Winifred Ethridge; son-in-law of Alex and Margaret Sanfilippo; brother-in-law of Alex (Kate), Nicholas Sanfilippo and Jessica (Alex) Solin.  Step-brother of Carrie DeShong and Krista Drawbaugh.

Family and friends will be received at Frank F. DeBor Funeral Home, 1065 Brookline Blvd., 1065 Brookline Blvd., 412-561-0380, on Tuesday only, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, at 10 a.m., in the Church of the Resurrection (St. Teresa of Kolkata Parish).

Aaron was the chef/owner of Rania's Catering, in Mt. Lebanon.  He was a devoted father, an outdoorsman, a musician, and a committed fan of Phish.  He will also be dearly missed by his four-legged companions, CoCo, Pearl and Twig.  He was also a graduate of the Forbes Road High School, in Waterfall, PA, Class of 1996.
