YVONNE A. (MOWOD) BORIS

Age 90, of Brookline, on Friday, March 17, 2017.  Wife of the late John "Bookie"; beloved mother of the late John (Linda) Boris, Lorraine (George) Nassif, Nicholas (Danette) Boris, Michael (Cindy) Boris, Nageba "Gigi" (Neil) Silverberg and Rita (Chuck) Pogany; sister of Anthony (Liz) Mowod, Lorraine (the late Tony) DeMaio and the late Joseph (Eva) Mowod, Mary (Michael) Ayoob, Sadie (William) Sporcic, George (Theresa) Mowod, Caroline (William) Moses and Madeline (Joseph) Mahklouf; also 16 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren, and Yvonne's dear friend, Rev. Bill Terza.

Friends will be received at the Frank F. DeBor Funeral Home, on Thursday, March 23, from 2:30 to 8:30 p.m.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10 a.m. in the Church of the Resurrection (Brookline).

Mrs. Boris was active in many capacities at the Church of the Resurrection for over 50 years.

Family requests that in lieu of flowers and donations you offer a prayer or a mass to the Blessed Mother in thanks for guiding our mother to her heavenly home, reuniting her with her husband, son and passed loved ones.
