(Jo Lynn) Holtgraver, III; son of the late Robert A. and Winifred Holtgraver; brother of Sarah (Earl) Snee; grandfather of Lea McGee, Amber (Trevor), Michael (Nikki) and Harley Holtgraver; great-grandfather of Emma Jane Harris and Preston Shelton; uncle of Dell Robert Snee.  

A Committal Service will be held on Monday, April 17, at 11:00 a.m. in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies (Bridgeville).
