RICHARD E. "SHAKES" JEFFERS

Of Peters Township, on Tuesday, April 25, 2017.  Father of Jennifer Jeffers and Cara (Brett) Schultz.  Also survived by a brother, Robert, and sisters, Joyce and Marilyn.  Also several deceased siblings.  Grandfather of Mitchell and Samuel Schultz.  Shakes was also the dear "father" of numerous canine companions.  Arrangements are private at the request of the family and are under the direction of Frank F. DeBor Funeral Home, Inc.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Angels for Animals, 982 Thomas-Eighty-Four Road, Eighty-Four, PA  15330.
