PERSINGER, FRANKLIN D.
Of Burgettstown, formerly of Beechview, on Tuesday, February 20, 2017. Husband of the late Angeline; beloved father of Frank Persinger, Michael (Helen) Persinger, Julieann (Scott) Johnston and Christopher Persinger. Grandfather of Jason Johnston and great-grandfather of Avery. Family and friends will be received at the Frank F. DeBor Funeral Home, Inc. on Thursday, February 22, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A Blessing Service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, February 23, at 10 a.m.
