Albert F. Wyborski, Jr.

Of Beechview, age 83, passed away at hs home surrounded by his family on August 25, 2018.  Beloved husband of Gloria for 57 years; loving father of daughters, Denise and Wanda, and son, Michael (Ann); grandfather of Vaughn, Jr. and Bradley, and uncle to multiple nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his sister, Joan, his mother, Frances, and father, Albert.  "Junior" grew up on Polish Hill, graduated from Connelley Vocational High School, and served in the U. S. Army  He then supported the growth of the steel industry in Pittsburgh, working as a skilled electrician at Arsenal and Universal-Cyclops Specialty Steel, which eventually became Cytemp Specialty Steel.  He enjoyed retirement by pursuing his love of travel, learning computer skills, spending time with his family and friends, and serving as President of Dormont AARP.

The family will greet friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 28, 2018, at Frank F. DeBor Funeral Home, 1065 Brookline Boulevard, Pittsburgh.  A funeral mass will be held at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 1915 Broadway Avenue, Pittsburgh, on Wednesday, August 29, 2018, at 11:30 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Catholic Hospice and Palliative Services, 2605 Nicholson Road, Suite 3240, Sewickley, PA 15143.
