Upon completion, a formal contract will be developed in the funeral home and delivered to you for a signature. Please answer all questions to facilitate the order. Includes services of Funeral Director and Staff, Embalming, Dressing and Cosmetics, Casketing, use of Facilities and Funeral Director for Funeral Ceremony or Service in another Facility. Automotive equipment including: transfer of remains to Funeral Home, Hearse, Lead Car, Limousine, Flower Car of Floral disposition. Memorial merchandise Package including: Register Book 100 Prayer Cards, 50 Acknowledgement Cards, Crucifix or Praying Hands.

#1 – Premier Package

One (1) or two (2) days of visitation at funeral home
Service at funeral home
20–gauge protective casket (Quaker); brown or gunmetal
Grave-liner
Hearse to cemetery
Lead car to cemetery

This package includes 100 Prayer Cards (select from two choices) and 1 Box of Acknowledgement Cards
