WILLIAM V. BLACK, JR. ("BLACKIE")

Of Brookline, on Thursday, June 8, 2017.  Husband of the late Henrietta (Budzynski) and Jodie (Yuhas); father of Lynda (the late George) Liptak and William R. (Mary Marth) Black; grandfather of Christian and Monica Liptak; great-grandfather of Keira and Logan.

Friends and family will be received at Frank F. DeBor Funeral Home on Sunday, June 11, from 1 to 5 p.m.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10 a.m. in the Church of the Resurrection (Brookline).

Mr. Black was the last surviving driver for Pittsburgh Motorcoach/Pittsburgh Railways, which was the predecessor of the Pittsburgh Port Authority, where he retired from the Ross Division with 38 years of service.
