JAMES R. CREA, SR.

Age 97, of Brookline, on Sunday, March 12, 2017.  Husband of the late Dora (Frediani); beloved father of James R., Jr. (Donna), Anna (George) Malerbo and Marie Sanders; brother of John Crea; grandfather of Stephanie (David) Miller, George Malerbo, Jennifer and Katelyn Sanders; great-grandfather of Adam and Zachary Miller.

Friends will be received at Frank F. DeBor Funeral Home, on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8  p.m.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Church of the Resurrection (Brookline).

Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Clair Hospital Foundation.  Mr. Crea was a proud U.S. Army veteran, and participated in the Normandy (D-Day) Invasion.
