GRACE E. TALAK

Age 94, of Brookline, peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday, July 9, 2016.  Beloved mother of Barbara A. (the late Onorato "Junior") Bucci, Frederick Talak and Deborah (William) Schohn; also six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her grandson, Justin Paul Schohn.

Friends and family will be received at Frank F. DeBor Funeral Home, Inc., 1065 Brookline Boulevard, 412-561-0380, on Tuesday from 1 to 8 p.m.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, at 10 a.m., in Our Lady of Loreto Church, Brookline.  Interment will follow in Queen of Heaven Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
