Mr. Harper was Scoutmaster when I made Eagle Scout. I would not have gotten there without his help and training and I know I’m not the only scout that succeeded due to his leadership. He touched the lives of many scouts in Troop 6. My condolences to the family.

Our sympathy to all of you. Mary you and your family are in our thoughts & prayers. Dave was a very good friend and the perfect Scouting buddy. We had a lot of great times on all the camping trips with Troop 6. After all the boys grew up I really missed those trips and I'm sure he did too. He will truly be missed by many and I look forward to seeing him again...maybe we can go camping in heaven (without all the bugs).
Our wish for you all is that God will hold you all in his arms and comfort you during this difficult time. And Mary, if there is ever anything you need, please don't hesitate to ask. - God Bless & Be with you!

Our sympathy goes out to Mary and to all his children. Dave was a very kind man and a very good Scout Leader !!! My husband loved camping with him and the scouts and listening to all his stories, he was an excellent role model to the boys. Cherish all the memories you have made together to help you through these difficult times. I will miss him honking his horn and waving with that lovely smile as he drove by our house! Please if there is anything we can do feel free to call us Johnathan has our number!
